Update: Thursday, September 18, 2008

The going is pretty slow and I'm sure we'll need a 2nd coat so if time starts looking critical I may just not paint the halftracks for the Oct 4th Tournament and you can go with a Grenadier rather than a PanzerGrenadier company. Makes me wish we went with mortars!

I could not get my airbrush to spray without spattering so I just had to go with the old method. They are looking good and will be even better with a 2nd coat and then the FuturefFnsh Chestnut wash will really help highlight the detail. The converted SdKfz-251/9's are shapping up pretty well - they are next to the Tiger hulls.

Those small clear plastic boxes really help hold the minis whil I paint as do the spools.

Below: Infantry teams have the base coat on the stands and on the uniforms. These guys will paint up pretty quickly from here on out. I'll probabally finish the Infantry tomorrow night and the vehciles over the weekend.
