Axis & Allies Minis to Flames of War Conversions - Part 8
Part-1 Part -2 Part-3 Part-4 Part-5 Part-6 Part-7 Part-8 Part-9 Part-10

Update: Tuesday, September 23, 2008

Well, I hoped to be done on Sunday, had to push that back to Tuesday, but know know it will deffinetly be tomorrow night. So looking to ship on Thursday AM brother.

All that remains is a little extra dry brushing on the vehcile bases, good spray coat with Dullcoat, then add some static grass. Just about 2 hrs and easily completed tomorrow.

Below: The whole lot. You can see that the vehcile bases do not match the infantry bases at the moment. Dry brushing will fix that.

Below: The vechiles are a bit glossy after the Future Finish mix wash. The wash will add a nice brown-rust color to receeses and will also dry as a hard protective coat. After I hit them with Dullcoat tomorrow they all will have a nice flat finish. Then it's just a few dabs of Elmers and some static grass sprinkling and they are DONE! I really like the way this army is shaping up. No one will recognize that it is entirely made form Axis & Allies minatures. Funny, the Tigers ended up with almost the same camo pattern they orginal Axis & Allies minis had.
